The project combines: - Design and engineering services from BSA's design division - Prefabricated building components from BSA's manufacturing division - Integrated procurement and supply chain management - Construction delivery by BSA's construction division - Digital project management through Building Solution Cloud
Integrated delivery approach
The project was designed from the outset for prefabricated construction — with building components including light gauge steel framing, modular bathroom pods, and prefabricated kitchen and cabinetry units manufactured in BSA's factory.
